Little Dragons program is designed specifically to aid in the long term developement of your child.
The primary targets at North Sound Karate are principles such as: Fitness Coordination Confidence Discipline Respect
As a result your
child will benefit from the physical, mental and emotional growth essential for the well being of young minds
and bodies. Of course, here at North Sound Karate we understand fun is also a key element and
necessary for our children. We keep our Little Dragon classes fast paced and exciting!
JUNIORS AND ADULTS- North
Sound Karate provides a complete body and mind workout for all ages. Juniors and adults will learn
self defense techniques effective against larger and more powerful opponents while simultaneously achieving
the practice and confidence to utilize those techniques when needed. For the sport minded, North Sound
Karate offers the highest level competition training.
FAMILIES-
At North Sound Karate we encourage family participation.
Families who train together receive a sense of unity while at the same time providing visible role
models within the family structure.
